Exceptional
The staff were so friendly and great! They helped arrange taxis for me as needed, and the room was kept clean daily. I did not realize that the hotel had a restaurant inside when I first booked, which turned out to be a very PLEASANT surprise!! The restaurant was amazing and so so convenient. Room service is also available at an additional charge (worth it). The breakfast is also made to order, which was amazing!! Food was easily my favorite part of the day. The location was also very convenient and easily walkable to many places.

Wonderful staff, lovely breakfast, rooms aren't super consistent though
Amazing breakfast (special thanks to Vaneza and Yulisa, who were wonderful servers), super friendly staff, and good location - 5-10 mins walk from most places in Cuzco but just far enough to not be noisy or too busy. The hotel was very helpful and organised with keeping our luggage whilst we were on our trek.
We stayed twice (before and after the trek), the second room we got had 1/3 of the space of the first one despite booking identical room types - seems like this varies a lot. Floors were a little sticky so all our slippers kept getting dirty. Other than that, the property was very clean!
